Zohra is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser having practiced for almost 20 years (she started young!). She has wide and varied tax knowledge acquired during her time at PwC and in an in-house tax leadership role with a leading food manufacturing business.
Zohra’s tax focus is mainly around M&A transactions as well as working with large businesses to meet their tax reporting, compliance and advisory requirements. Her in-house experiences allow for a collaborative, pragmatic and risk focused approach, working closely with client teams to address opportunities or concerns accordingly.
Zohra is married with three children with whom she is continually rediscovering the wonder whilst also debating screen time. She dreams of growing her own veg and reading a good book!
