Helen trained and qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with PwC. She has over 10 years’ experience of working in their tax team prior to joining TAP and her main focus is corporate tax.
Helen has advised many UK and international clients, from small, owner-managed businesses to listed companies and multi-national groups. She has supported management teams, owners and shareholders in respect of all aspects of their tax affairs and enjoys balancing the complex needs of all stakeholders whilst providing commercial, pragmatic advice. She also enjoys supporting companies in their tax compliance requirements such as tax returns and disclosures for financial statements, as well as advising on transactions and responding to ad hoc queries.
Helen is married with two small children, which means that her “spare time” involves children’s birthday parties, swimming lessons and trips to the park!
