Emma is a Chartered Accountant with 19+ years of experience in Corporate tax, having commenced her training with Deloitte in London. After qualifying, Emma moved to an in-house role in Yorkshire and then to a Corporate tax manager role with a US headquartered global business, overseeing the International tax operations.
Emma specialises in supporting global groups with their corporate tax affairs, including tax reporting, tax compliance, transfer pricing, group restructurings and BEPS updates. Emma also has significant experience of completing tax due diligence for business acquisitions.
